According to the laws of Italy, a driver who carries passengers without a license is a criminal. In the event of an accident, passengers are deprived of the possibility of receiving compensation for the insured event, since the usual insurance policy does not cover compensation for damage to passengers carried by an unlicensed carrier. In case of stopping and checking the documents of the driver carrying out illegal transportation of passengers, the police or other regulatory authorities, the car is subject to administrative arrest. We do not guarantee the timely delivery of the car for the execution of the order, in the event of force majeure (force majeure), such as:
Unexpected breakdown of the car on the way to the place of the beginning of the order execution
An unexpected situation on the motorway, which led to the blocking of the car on the motorway, on the way to the place where the order was started
Natural disasters
Political actions and protest actions that led to the closure of entrances to the place where the order was started, by the police or other municipal services.
In the event of the above circumstances, the driver is obliged to provide a photo or video recording of these events in real time with the provision of a screenshot of the geo-location of the car at this moment.
In case of non-fulfillment of the order, as a result of force majeure, the customer is refunded 100% of the amount of the guarantee payment.
If the Carrier does not show up at the place where the order starts, without providing confirmation of the occurrence of force majeure, the Company undertakes to pay the User 20% of the total cost of the service, as compensation for the inconvenience. The amount of 20% of the total cost of the service includes the amount of 13% paid by the User when placing the order. The cost of banking services for the transfer of funds to the User, in the event of such a situation, is paid by the company. No other compensation is provided to the User.
What if the flight is delayed, canceled, or the plane was sent to another airport
- If your flight is delayed, canceled, or the plane was sent to another airport, notify us by any convenient way: viber, telegram, whatsapp, email, sms.
- Contact the driver yourself at the phone number specified in the voucher of your order and inform him that the plane was sent to the airport of another city.
Attention!
Guaranteed free waiting time at the airport — 1 hour. If your flight is delayed by more than 1 hour, the driver can wait at the airport until your arrival, provided that time allows, before the start of the next service. Additional waiting time at the airport is a paid service, which is paid at the rate of 35€ for each full and not full hour of waiting. 35€ is the rate for all classes of cars with the exception of the Premium class car. For a Premium class car, the price is 50€ for each full and not full hour of waiting. Not a full hour of waiting is considered paid after the first 20 minutes, at the end of 1 free hour of waiting at the airport.
If the driver does not have the opportunity to wait for you at the airport, we do not guarantee the provision of this service and the cost of the guarantee payment is not refundable.
How to change the order start time

If the time or start date of the order is changed less than 72 hours in advance, this order can be executed only if the company has the ability to fulfill this order. If this is not possible, the guarantee payment will not be refunded.

How long before the start of the service can I make an order
The minimum time for placing an order is 6 hours before the start of the service. The guarantee payment must be paid at least 5 hours before the start of the service.
To provide a guaranteed service, the recommended time for placing an order is 48 hours before the start of its execution.
What should I do if my luggage doesn't fit in the car
Be careful when placing an order, specify the exact amount of luggage.
We guarantee the placement of luggage in the car, within the specified amount of luggage in the description of the car classes.
Attention!
If the amount of your luggage exceeds the amount of luggage in the selected car class, the driver has the right to refuse to fulfill this order. In this case, the cost of the guarantee payment will not be refunded.
The placement of additional baggage in the car is allowed only with the consent of the driver.

If I have non-standard luggage
If you have non-standard baggage, inform us about it in the comments to the order, describe as accurately as possible the size of non-standard baggage and its quantity, as well as the amount of standard baggage, when filling out the data in the order form, and also send a photo of non-standard baggage in any way convenient for you: viber, telegram, whatsapp, email. We will analyze the possibility of placing this non-standard luggage in the car and inform you about the possibility of fulfilling your order.
How does a refund work
The guarantee payment amount is refunded if the customer cancels the order more than 72 hours before the start of the order, minus the cost of banking services for this operation. There is also a refund of the amount of the guarantee payment +50% of the value of the amount of the guarantee payment in case of failure to provide the car for the service due to the fault of the driver.
The cost of the guarantee payment is returned to the client’s account within 5-7 business days.

If there is a return transfer, the driver will give you the forgotten item before starting the return transfer.
You can get the forgotten item back at the lost items office, at the address given to you by the driver.
